point on the East line of said Section 3, said point being 248.45 feet Northerly of
the Southeast Corner of said Section 3; thence continue N 82°47'53" E along said
Centerline of Construction a distance of 53.24 feet to a point of curvature concave -
Northerly; thence Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 5729.58 feet,
a central angle of 15°29'52", an arc distance of 1549.78 feet to the end of said
