PARCEL 700 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
PARCEL N0. 700 SECTION 94030-2507
That part of Sections 4 and 9, Township 36 South, Range 36 East, all lying North
of State Road 70, less the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 and less the Canal and Road Rights of_Way;
AND
That part of Section 3, and that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 lying
North of State Road 70; less the West 40 feet;
AND
That part of the West 3/4 of Section 2 lying North of Okeechobee Road and _
that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying North of Okeechobee
Road in Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East.
Extending no more than l0~feet Northerly or Southerly beyond the new Right
of Way Line for State Road 70 as located in Parcel 101.1, Section 94030-2507,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Containing 3.511 acres, more or less.
For the purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways,
walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department
of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outline above and
that all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural
o improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed
in such manner that existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
~ This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the
said road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
