A parcel of land in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, Township 36 South, Range
38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, said parcel being more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 2; thence N 00°34'35" E a
distance of 2253.14 feet along the Easterly Section line of said Section 2,
to a point on the Baseline of Survey for State Road 70; thence S 67°21'35" W
along said Baseline of Survey a distance of 79.15 feet; thence S 67°18'01" W
a distance of 962.70 feet; thence N 22°41'59" W a distance of 70 feet to the
Northerly Right of Way line for said State Road 70 and the POINT OF BEGINNIN(;;
thence N 67°18'01" E along said Right of Way line for State Road 70 a distance _
of 787.91 feet; thence N 26°40'58" E a distance of 39.06 feet to a point on a
curve concave Easterly and having a tangent bearing of N 13°56'05" W through
said point; thence Northerly along said curve having a radius of 180.00 feet,
through a central angle of 03°0550", an arc distance of 9.73 feet; thence
S 67°18'01" W a distance of 676.44 feet; thence S 57°22'27" W a distance of
145.03 feet; thence S 22°41'59" E a distance of l0 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.

All as shown on the Right-of-Way Map for Section 94030-2507, State-Road 70,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
For the purpose of constructing a temporary detour for the traveling
public during the construction of said State Road.
