PARCEL 703 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
PARCEL N0. 703 SECTION 94030-2507
That part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 36
South, Range 38 East, lying South of State Road 70; Less the West 50 feet.
Extending no more than 10 feet Southerly beyond the new Right of May line
for State Road 70 as located in Parcel 104.1, Section 94030-2507.
Containing 0.634 of an acre, more or less:
For the purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the dirveways,
walkways, etc., thereon with the construciton to be undertaken by the
Department of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is .granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or
grading upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined -
above and that all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing
structural improvements within the limits designated, and all work will
ber performed in such manner that existing structural improvements will .
not be damaged.
This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the
said road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
