PARCEL 705 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT

That part of the East 594 feet of-the West 1320 feet of the Southeast l/4
lying South of State Road No. 70, Section 2, Township 36 South,-Range 38 East.
Extending no more than 10 feet Southerly beyond the ne_w Right of May Line for
State Road No. 70 as located in Parcel'106.1, Section 94030-2507, St. Lucie
County, Florida. -
Containing 0.148 of an acre, more or less.
for..the.purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways -
walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the
Department. of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and
that all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural `
improvements within the limits designated, and all work wilt be performed
in such manner that existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the
said road project, not to exceed a period of three years -
