That part of the East 594-feet of the West 1320 feet of the SE 1/4 lying South
of State Road X70, Section 2, Township 36 .South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, which lies within 70.00 feet Southerly of the Centerline of Construction
for Section 94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said Centerline being more
patrticularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner"of said Section 2, thence N 00°07'07« W along
the West line of said Section 2 a distance of 248.45 feet to the POINT OF 8ECINNINC
of the herein described Centerline of Construction; thence N 82°47'53" E along said
Centerline of Construction a distance of 53.24 feet to a point of curvature. concave
Northerly; thence Northeasterly along said curve having a-radius of 5729.58 feet,
a central angle of 15°29'52", an arc distance of 1549.78 feet ~to the end of said
curve; thence N 67°18'01" E along said Centerline of Construction a distance of
4027.25 feet to the END of the herein described Centerline of Construction; thence
N 67°21'35" E a distance of 79.15 feet to a point on the East line of said Section
2; thence S 00°34'35" W along the East line of said Section 2 a distance of 2253.14
feet to the Southeast Corner of said Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East.
Excepting therefrom the Existing Right of Way by Maintenance for State Road 70 _
and Existing Canal Right of Way. '
