same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

assigns, shall pay unto the :aid Mortgagee his legal representatives or assigns. a
certain promissory note dated the 31st doll of August . A. D. 19?8 ,for
the sum of Two thousand seven hundred ($2, 700.00)---------------- Dollars,
payable in 95 monthly installments of $27.00 each, plus a final payment
of $1,769.?0 on the 96th month after closing including interest at 9
per cent. from August 31, 1879 signed by ROBERT A . VAN NATTA
and shall pay all sums payable hereunder, and per-
. form, comply urith_and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and cove-
nants o/ said promissory note and of this mortgage, and shalCduly payoff tares, and also insurance
premiums reasonably required, and all costs and expenses Including a reasonable attorney's lee,
which said Mortgagee may incur in collecting money secured by this mortgage, and also in
enforcing this mortgage by suit or otherwise, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created
