TO THAT CERTAIN FIRST MORTGAGE HELD BY FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE DATED AUGUST 7, 1979 AND RECORDED
IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN OFFICIAL
RECORDS BOOK 314,,FAGE 1451 ENCUMBERING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED
PROPERTY IN THE ORIGINAL PRINICIPAL SUM OF $38,200.00.
ANY DEFAULT UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MORTGAGE AND
