In the event this mortgage u subordinate to any other lien of any kind, the Mortgagee, at its option, map, in case of default in the
performance of any covenantor agreement is the pprior mortgage or in case of default in the payment of any indebtedness secured by any
ocher prior lien when due, declare the entire indebtedness secured by this mortgage immediately due and payable or the Mort$$agl:e may
perform any such defaulted covenaat or agreement to such extent as the Mortgagee may determine or pay any part of the indebtednea
which is in default with rewltant right ofsubrogation, and the Mortgagee shall have a lien for any sums ao paid plus interest oa said:ums

This mortgage is in addition to any other lien or security heretofore or hereafter given or obtained by the Mortgagee and is not in
satisfaction or is lieu of any other lien or security.
In this mortgage, whenever the context so requires, the masculine gender includes the feminine and or neuter, and the singular
includes the plural. The term "Mortgagor" shall include the heir, devisees, legatees, succeuors, administrators and executors of all
Mortgagors.
Mortgagor agrees not to further encumber the mortgaged property without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.
