i. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LA KEWOOD PARK- CORPOR 3
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKB DVDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in Off[cial Record Book 186,
Page 2065 in the off[ce of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. ~ That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot. block and
unit numners in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 177
Page Pubiic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASS0CIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 4 Block 164 Unit 12

and now held in the name of : Steve & Leila Biondo
