THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of c , 19 BETWEEN

Apartment NO. 1, Spring Lake Heights, of the County of Aonmouth
and State of New Jersey, grantee°, -
WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE AND NO/100($1.00)-------------------------Dollars,
and other good and valuable considerations to said grantor in
hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee, and
,grantee's hems and assigns forever, the following described
eland, situate, lying and being in Martin County, Florida, to-wit:
Condominium Dwelling Unit No. 207 of Apartment Building-

to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 215, page 445, public records of Aiartin County,
Florida. As provided for by the Condominium Act of'the Statutes
of the State of Florida (F.S. 711et seq.)-said description and
this conveyance includes, but is not limited toy al~:.appurtenances
to the condominium parcel above described, iri~lucling the limited
common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said condominium.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1972 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association named in said
Declaration of Condominium being referred to hereinabove and any
amendments thereto.
4. Long term lease reaprded in Official Records Book 215, page
361, public records of t~tartin County,~~Florida.

Aiarch 20, 1972, and recorded on Aiarch 21, 1972, in the Martin
County Clerk's Office in Book 336 Page 1976 of Deeds.
By this conveyance, Grantor, hereby releases any right to
curtesy interest he has to the above: described premises, puruuant
to MtiJ,3.A. 37:2-18 and N.J.$.A. 37;2-18.1.

and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
