PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DEED
THIS DEED executed the day of , 1979, between
ETHEL P. RIGLITER and HARRY J. RICI~l'ER, JR., as Personal Representa-
tives of the Estate of Vida B. Peterson; deceased, parties of the
First Part, and HARRY J. RICLITER, JR., party of the Second Part,
whose mailing address is: Post Office Box 1346, Ft. Pierce FL 33450.
WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the First Part, in coaopliance with and pur-
suant to the Last Will and Testament of VIDA B. PETERSON, deceased,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms to the party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever,
that real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel I: Tract 'H" of INDIAN RIVER MEMORIAL PARR, as per
plat t ereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 36 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS and except that
part taken for road rights-of-wayf and
Parcel II: Lot 9, Block A of BEN HOGG'S ADDITION, as per
p at t ereof on file in Plat Book 1, page 1, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same to the party of the Second Part, his _
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the First Part, as Personal
Representatives of the Estate of VIDA B. PETERSON, deceased, have set
their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
