machinery, boilers, ranges, eleraton and motor, bath tubs, sinks, water closets, water basins, p" , faucets, and other plumbing
and heating fixtura, mantels, refrigerating plants and ice boxes, window screens, screen door, floor covering, carpeting, tik,and
dupery fixtura, venetian blinds, cornices, storm shutter and awnings, which are now or may hereafter pertain to be used with,
in or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable, ue and shall be deemed to be fixtures and accessories to the
freehold and a pari of the realty; and also wch personal property u may be specifically descn'bed above or listed hereafter on
attached exhibits. The lien or security interat in and to all wch factures and accessories is hereby created and perfected by this
mortgage deed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all sad singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtemnces therc-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, isstees and profits
thereof and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, entry, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in laws u in
equity of the said Mortgagor in and to the same and every put and puce! thereof unto the said Mortgagee, and its representatives,
successors and assigns, in fee simple.
And said Mortgagor, for himself, and his heirs, legs! representatives, wccesson and assigns; hereby.convenants that said
Mortgagee, its legal representatives, wccessors and assigns may at all times peaceably and quktly enter spore, hold, occupy and
enjoy said land and every put thereof; that said hied is free from all incumbtances; that said Mortgagor, his heirs, legal repre-
sentatives, wcoessors and assigns, we71 make wch further aswrances to perfect-the fee simple title to said land in said Mortgages,
its legal representatives, wceessors and assigns, u may reasonably be required; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully waaant

Provided always, the conditions of this mortgage arc wch that if the Mortgagor shall well and wly pay unto the Mortgagee
the indebtedness evidenced by that certain Dromissory note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the
Mortgagee of which the attached specimen in words and figura is a true Dopy toavit:
