Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 12 of Block 1
of RIYERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 28, of the Putil~c Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; thence run South 88 35' West along the
North line of RIYERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, 1215.8 ~eet
to the Point of Beginning; thence continue Sout$ 88 35'
Nest 238.4 feet to .-a point; thence run North O1 30' West
183.7 feet to a point in the center of a 15+ wide ditch;
thence-run-North 89 02' East along the center of said
ditbh following a line established as "Hanmond's South
line" in Plat Book~3, page 64, recorded April 1918, a
distance of 238.41 feet to a point; thence run South
O1 30' East 181.8 feet to the Point of beginning.
Subject to a 30 foot drainage and access easement over
and across the northerly 30 feet.
The above described property being designated as Lots 11
and 12 on that certain survey prepared by Surveying Services
of Florida, Inc., dated May 15, 1978, for Jane Cheaves.
