ASSOCIATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation oe the State of Florida. which 1.
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORS
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20(15 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against ce>rttain lot, block and ~
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance ;
fees assessed. said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 177
Page 2~b1 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
LOT 19 BLOCK 14 UNIT 2
in the name of: Willis L. Caveman
and now held in the naive of: O.C. Thompson
