The undersigned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the
surviving lineal descendants of the deceased. Their names and
addresses are as set forth in paragraph three and the names and
addresses of their attorney is as het forth at the end of this

2. Decedent, SAMUEL C. GAY, whose last known address was
1112 Rosedale Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on June 20,
1979, at Ormond Beach, FL, and at the time of death decedent
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent, and
