7. Although the estate is indebted, the beneficiaries
have not been able to determine the identity of the creditors
of this estate. Accordingly, Petitioners will publish a Notice
to Creditors in a newspaper of general publication, thus giving
creditors three months to file their claims with the estate.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, after
valid claims have been paid, be distributed to the petitioners,
SAMUEL GLENN GAY and SANDRA GAY DEAL.
9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioners
are unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of the decedent.
10. Petitioners .request that an Order of Summary Administra-
tion be .entered after the three month creditor period directing
distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the
schedule set forth in paragraph eight of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our '
knowledge and belief.
