ORDER OF TARING THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard by the Court, and it appearing that proper notice was first given to all the Respondents, and all persons having or claiming any equity, lien, title, or - ----of-her--interest--in--or-to-the arearl---property- descr-ibed---in--the_-Complaint.., that the Petitioners would apply to this Court on the 1st day of August, A.D., 1979, for an Order of Taking, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, and it appearing to the Court that there has been no showing of fraud, deceit, bad faith, or oppression, but rather that the Petitioner as condemnor acted in good faith, did not exceed its authority, and did not abuse its discretion, II and it further appearing to the Court that the Respondent owners of Parcel No. 7, through their attorney of record, have stipulated in open court to the entry of this Order, upon consideration, it is therefore, ORDERID AND ADJUDGED: 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of and the parties to this cause. t 2. That the pleadings in this cause are sufficient, and s the Petitioners are properly exercising its delegated authority. 3. That the Estimate of Value filed in this cause by the Petitioners was made in good faith, and based-upon a valid appraisal. 4.
