FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 5th day of September, 1979,
upon the Petition For Rule To Show Cause and the Court finding:
1. That the Respondent, HERMAN ROY SUMMERLIN, SR., has filed
a Waiver, Release And Assignment Of Claim, Right, Title And Interest, as
to any claim; right, title and interest he may have had to that One 1977

Guard #588225, and to a?1 equiptment thereon and appurtenances thereto.
2. That the STATE OF FLORIDA announced in open Court that
PAUL JULIO DeP00 was an innocent party under Section 943.44, Florida Statutes,
and that the STATE OF FLORIDA as Petitioner could not continue to proceed
in good faith against PAUL JULIO DeP00 for the forfeiture of said Vessel.
3. That PAUL JULIO DeP00 is an innocent party under Section
943.44, Florida Statutes and is the owner of that One 1977 Oil Screw,
Fiberglass Vessel, known as "SEA LADY II", Official U.S. Coast Guard
#588225; Certificate of Registry #K-54.
4. That the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County has for the purposes ~
of safe keeping removed certain equiptment and appurtenances from said l
vessel-and that the-vessel described hereinabove and-known as "SEA--LADY II"
