is presently in the custody of the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition For Rule To Show Cause, be, and is
hereby ordered denied.
2. That the Respondent, PAUL JULIO DeP00, be, and is hereby
ordered to have and recover a Judgt~tent for the return of the One 1977
Oil Screw, Fiberglass Vessel, known as "SEA LADY II", Official U.S. Coast
Guard #588225; Certificate of Registry #K-54 and for all equiptment
situated thereon and appurtenances thereto and for all equiptment and
appurtenances removed from said "SEA LADY II" by the Sheriff of Saint
Lucie Count
y, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County, be, and is hereby
ordered to forthwith without delay to deliver to PAUL JULIO DeP00 said
Vessel known as "SEA LADY II" and all equiptment and appurtenances
thereto located thereon and all equiptment and appurtenances which were
located thereon and which were removed by the Sheriff of Saint Lucie
County for safe keeping, which specifically shall include, but not be
limited to: One each Radar, Model 22; One each Loran, Sitex 771 and One

each Radio, 78 Channel, Unimetrix, VHF, Model Seacom.
