THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's
'.!'lotion for Order Awarding Compensation to Receiver, and for
Order Discharging Receiver, it is hereupon
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. That the Final Report of Receiver, dated July 30,
1979, and his acts as Receiver are approved.
2. That FRANKLIN A. HARRIS shall deliver to RICHARD
FLANZBAUM all papers, checkbooks and items of property of the
Defendants which were received from the Defendant, RICHARD FLANZ-
BAIIM during the receivership. Upon the filing of proper receipts
for the property, FRANKLIN A. HARRIS shall be discharged as
Receiver without further notice or hearing. i
3. Plaintiff, DENNIS L. TRACHSEL, shall pay to
FRANKLIN A. HARRIS, Receiver, the sum of $500 for his services
together with transportation costs in the amount of $27, which
sum shall be taxed as costs against Defendants by further
order of this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~
