AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA )
COUNTY OF LEON )
Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgements, personally appeared
T. MARRY ERVIN, well known to me, who being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That my name is T. MARRY ERVIN.
2. That your affiant was at one time Director of
Rights Of Way for the Florida State Turnpike Authority.
3. That in such capacity, I was engaged in the acqui-
sition of rights-of-way in lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, for
the construction of the Florida State Turnpike.
4. That the Florida State Turnpike Authority filed
condemnation proceedings in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, being styled "Florida State Turnpike Authority
vs. Donna Ross, et al., Case No. 2608-L", in which EDGAR R. BROWN
f was a Defendant and which involved certain lands owned by him.

~ 5. That subsequent to the Order Of Taking involving the
Defendant, EDGAR R. BROWN's parcels, the Florida State Turnpike
_ Authority and the Defendant, EDGAR R. BROWN, agreed to move the
location of the borrow pit parcels to four locations south of the
Florida State Turnpike right-of-way and to abandon the two locations
north of the Florida State Turnpike right-of-way. All-of these
locations are shown on the attached portion of a map marked Exhibit
No. 4. The two locations north of the Florida State Turnpike
right-of-way are marked thereon in red and the four locations ~

south of the Florida State Turnpike right-of-way are marked thereon
in green. `
