THIS CAUSE COMING ON to be heard this day upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Order Requiring Additional Deposit of Monies, and the
Court being otherwise advised in the premises, finds that said
Motion is well taken, and it is, therefore,
ORDERED that Plaintiff, Division of Administration, State
of Florida Department of Transportation, deposit the sum of
$6,630.00 (Six Thousand Six Hundred Thirty and 00/100 Dollars)
into the Registry of the Court to pay the costs and expense re-
ferred to in Plaintiff's Motion.
