O R D E R
THIS CAUSE HAVING come on to be heard upon the
stipulated Motion to Dismiss incorporated herein, and this
Court having considered the merits of said stipulated motion
as well as having otherwise been fully advised in the
premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Stipulation Motion to
f Dismiss is hereby granted, that the certain, specificed
business entity known as Plastic Industries, Inc. which is
Florida based and has its liability coverage through Kemper
Insurance Companies is hereby dismissed from this lawsuit,
and that if Plaintiffs have a legal remedy against the other
Plastic Industries, Inc., that being the Tennesse based
corporation with liability coverage through Royal Globe
Insurance Companies, nothing contained herein is to be
construed or interpreted as prohibiting Plaintiffs from
attempting to pursue any remedy they may have in that regard.
