FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion of the
Plaintiff, MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., for a Summary Judgment, and
the Court having reviewed the pleadings and affidavits filed in this
~ cause and being further advised in the premises, it is hereby,

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That it be, and is hereby ordered that the Plaintiff,
MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., have and recover a Summary Final
Judgment against the Defendants, HARRY E. MACDONALD and MARION
MACDONALD, his wife, and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, formerly, ST.
LUCIE COUNTY BANK, and OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY, a corporation,
and EAGLE FINANCE CORPORATION of Fort Pierce, Florida, and MARCONE
APPLICNCE PARTS CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation, and RICHARD LEE
MAYNARD and CARMEN LEE MAYNARD, his wife, for the relief prayed for in
Count II of the Amended Complaint, to rescind, cancel and void that
certain Warranty Deed from RICHARD LEE MAYNARD and CARMEN LEE MAYNARD,
his wife, grantors to MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., grantee, as
recorded in O.R. Book 249, Page 1370, of the Public Records of Saint
Lucie County, Florida, and it be, and is•hereby further ordered that
