for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of Defendants, HARRY
E. MACDONALD and MARION MACDONALD, his wife, and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, formerly, ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK,~and OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE
COMPANY,a corporation, and EAGLE FINANCE CORPROATION of Fort Pierce,
Florida, and MARCONE APPLIANCE PARTS CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation,
and RICHARD LEE MAYNARD and CARMEN LEE MAYNARD, his wife, on the following
described property in Saint Lucie County, Florida:
