AFFIDAVIT

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Devitt J. Adams, who upon being duly sworn, deposes and says that
he is the County Attorney for St. Lucie County, Florida; that the
former County Attorney executed a Notice of Lien dated December

Records of St. Lucie County; that the Otis Green against whose
property said lien was filed is a black male, whose birth date
is January 14, 1913, residing at 506 N. 31st Street, Fort Pierce,
