COMES NOW, ARVELLA BURMEISTER, et al., Plaintiffs, and
takes and enters this Amended Notice of Appeal to the Court of
Appeal, Fourth District, State of Florida, for purposes~of
amending the--previous notice of appeal to include in its review
the Amended Order of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court in-and
for St. Lucie County, bearing the date of the 6th day of August,
1979, and rendered. and recorded in Official Record Book 314-
at Page 77 on_August 6, 1979. .Said Amended Order was subsequent
to the Notice of Appeal and Order appealed from which was final
in nature and subsequent to a jury trial which entered a verdict
for the Plaintiffs. All parties to said cause are called upon to
~ take notice of the entry of this Amended Notice of Appeal.
