Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations,. copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De- claration and F~chibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the;Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser further aclmawledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and .floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage- - meat of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed - Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- : minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the-provisions thereof are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property A~ners' Association _ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants • and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
