I, CARL N. BEHRNDT, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
revoke and annul any and all wills and codicils thereto by me at
any time heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish and declare
this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament.
I.

3u~t- debts, -funeral -expenses
and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practicable af-
ter my death.
II.
A. I hereby give, bequeath and devise to my beloved Wife,
RATHRYN.ELIZABETH STEWART BEHRNDT,-provided she survives me, all of
my household furniture and furnishings, books, pictures, 3ewelry,
watches, wearing apparel, fmmily stores and all other articles of
household and personal use or ornamentation of which I may_die pos-
sessed, including any privately owned automobile or automobiles
which I may own at the time of my death.
B. In-the event that my beloved Wife, KATHRYN ELIZABETH
STEWART BEHRNDT, predeceases me, I give, bequeath and devise the
property described in this Paragraph II to my beloved children,
CAROL BEHRNDT SCOTT of 70 Bent Oak Trail, Fairport, New York,
BRUCE S. BEHRNDT of 157 King Road, Churchville, New York, and NAN
S. BEHRNDT of 1141 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York, in equal '
shares, share and share alike, per stirpes.
III. .
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, including
any property over which I have a power of appointment, and all real,
