The undersigned, as personal representative of tare
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Joseph E. Tierney, Jr., a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 12th day of June,
1977, and Letters of A~3ministratioa rare issued to Petitic®,er
oa June 20 , 1977 .
2. Petitioner files herewith a T~laiver of.Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all clai's
and debts that were presented and by paying ar making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of ads~inistratioa. -
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representative, attArneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative are:
