FOREIGN WILL TO RECORD
The Petition of MICHAEL B. HARRIS alleges:.
1. RtTDOLPH C. ZUBAGH, late of San Francisco County,
California, died on November 15, 1978, leaving a last will and
testament dated December 2, 1972, which was duly proved and
admitted to probate and recorded in the Superior Court of San
Francisco County, State of California, a Court of probate jurisdic-
tion, on December 27, 1978.
2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to
form and manner of execution in~.devising real property in this .
county.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the last will and testa-
ment, the petition for probate, the order admitting the will to
probate, and the part of the domiciliary record that shows the

names of devisee under the will are filed with this petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner ask for an Order Admitting the probated
foreign will to record in this Court.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
