OF WILL TO RECORD
he instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of th Last Will and Testament of RUDOLPB C. ZUBACH, Deceased,
having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Superior
Court, of San Francisco County, State of California, a Court of
probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the
decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution,
and that it devises real property located in this County, owned by
the decedent at the time of his death; said property described as:

Lots 14, 15, Block 1155, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
12, a subdivision according to -the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 55 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in
the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by
the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and
Testament of Rudolph C. Zubach, deceased, is admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent. '
