This cause coming on to be heard on September 7, 1979 on
that portion of the Husband's Petition filed herein seeking a
temporary restraining order and the Court having heard testimony
of the respective parties and being fully advised in the premises, -
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. That the parties hereto, and each of them, be and
they are hereby restrained and enjoined from molesting, harassing, _
annoying, interfering with or using physical violence on the other.
2. That each of the garties hereto be and they are
hereby restrained and enjoined from damaging, breaking, destroying
any of the personal property located at the marital home at 3205
Cortez Boulevard, Ft. Pierce, Florida or in any other location of _
the personal property of the other, or any of the motor vehicles
or the marital dwelling, or the shrubbery~or shrubs located on the
real property on which the marital dwelling is constructed.
3. That all and singular the sheriffs of the State of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to either party as may
be necessary in insuring the compliance by the parties with this Order
