MOTION FOR ORDER AMENDING COMPLAINT
Plaintiff-moves to amend its Complaint as follows: -
1. The attached legal descriptions are to be substituted
as the legal descriptions for Parcels 102 and 703 respectively, and
2. The following are to be added as parcels with the
respectiv€: legal descriptions as attached: Parcels 123,134-136,138,
139,141-143,147-151,153-156,159,161-164,166,167,170,172-174,177,178,
180-184,186-189,191-193,705,706,708.
Plaintiff will further amend its Complaint and its
II Lis Pendens to reflect the names of owners and other interests
in the parcels specified in paragraph .two (2) above, and will
further amend its Declaration of Taking to reflect-these changes.
