hereinafter called the Mortgagors ,and Florida First National Sank at Vero Beach
hereinafter called the Mortgagee ,

recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 16 and 16A thru 16D of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. "
This is a Second Mortgage subject only to a First Mortgage to General Electric Corp.
recorded in Official Record Book 309, Page 2079, public records of St. Lucas
County, Florida.-Any. default in the s&id first.

If a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the premises above described
or any part of them without the written consent of the Mortgagee and/or without
assumption in regular form of law by the Grantee of the obligation to the -

without notice to the Mortgagor, all sums of money secured shall become due-.anci

nants of said promissory note and of this moMggge. and shall duly pay all taaea, and also insurance
premiums reasonably required, and all coats and ezpenaes including a reasonable attorney's fee,
which said Mortgagee may incur in collecting money secured by this mortgage, and also in -
enforcing this mortgage by suit or otherwise, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created
