This cause coming on to be heard upon the claim
for surplus money filed by Donald J. Defenthaler and Elaine
L. Defenthaler, and the Court after being fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit

~ Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida be and he is hereby directed to, distribute
- from the money deposited with him and now remaining in his
hands the sum~of $ 377.44 which represents 1977 and 1978 ~
ad volorem real estate taxes for St. Lucie County which was
a lien on the real property which is the subject matter of
this lit gation.
