ORDER
This cause having come on befdre.the court on motion
of Defendants, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and
GOLF OIL R$AL BSTATS DEVEIAPMSNT.COMPA,NY, dated September 6,
1979 to Amend Answer, and the court having received argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises;
it is " .
ORDERED. AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. .That Defendants, HOTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
and GOLF OIL REAL ESTATE D.SVELOPMENT COMPANY, be and they are _
hereby allowed to file-an amended answer in accordance with
their Motion to Amend; said amended answer to be filed within
one day from the date hereof.
2. That Plaintiff shall have five days from the date of
filing the amended answer in which to file responsive pleadings.
3: Any motion of Plaintiff directed to the amended answer
of Defendants shall be heard immediately prior to trial of this
cause.
