This cause having come on for hearing upon the Defendants'
Motion to Dismiss, the Court having heard argument of Plaintiff'
counsel, and being otherwise duly advised, and having received
the Ora Tereus Motion of the Plaintiff to-.file ate Amendment to
~ the Complaint by attaching appropriate documentary stamps
required by the State of Florida, and the Court having been ~
otherwise duly advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendants,
be and the same is hereby denied.
f 2. The Plaintiff is ordered to file an Amendment to the
I Complaint by attaching the appropriate amount of documentary
( stamps_ to the original, filing a copy of same with-the Court,
and serving a copy of same on the Defendants' attorney.

3. The Defendants be and they are hereby given twenty
