That the Rule in question, Sub--Section V (f) of the Ground and Building Rule of the Atlantis Building A Condominium Association is reasonable and meets the test of reasonableness under the doctrine of Hidden Harbour Estates vs Norman, 309 Sold, Page 180. 2. That the Rule has been violated although at - this time the violation is not continuing. - - 3. That proof of monetary damage is not necessary for the Condaminiwn Association to prevail in an action for injunctive relief. 4. That the Condominium Association is entitled to enforcement of the Mule and the Defendant, i~RIA J.
