THIS CAUSE. having come before the Court on the Order
to' Show Cause issued M.ay 22 , 1979 and the verif_ ied coriplaint
dated May 17, 1979 in support thereof and upon defendant's
motion for a stay of the above entitled proceeding, and the
Court having heard the testimony of plaintiff J.W. (:ORJ)ON and
the argument of David N. Pritchard, Fsa., attorney for plaintiff
and Charles William Stone, Esq., attorney for defendants
CALDWELL and~BEV?NS, and being otherwise .fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby -

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff' s motion fo ~ ret~
rn~of the personal
property claimed by plaintiff from defendants CALD~JFLL and
BFVINS is hereby .denied;
2. The stay against conveying, moving, secreting, or
otherwise interfering with the jurisdiction of this (:ourt over
the personal property claimed by the plaintiff herein s~gainst
def endants CLYDE CALDWF,LL and CHUCK BF't~INC contained in the
Notice of hearing ar_d order to show cause dated May ?.2, 1979 is
hereby extended until further order of this court; _
3. Defendants' CALDWRLL and BF.VINR~~ motion for stay of
all proceedings in the above entitled matter, having been
neither briefed or ar~*ued before this Court, is not decided and
held pending until further hearing in thiB matter;
