ORDER
This cause coming ~on before me and i,t appearing that
the parties have stipulated to the entry of this Order,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJiJDGFD as follows
1. That- -the Plai,nt~.ff , BARBARA eORSARO, submit to -
a physical examination by Dr. Ronald Grober promptly on a
day and hour to be obtained by the Defendants. Said examina-
tion to be of such a nature as is necessary to determine '
the extent and nature of injuries allegedly sustained by
the Plaintiff, BARBARA CORSARO, at the time and place and
on the occasion mentioned 3.n-the complaint filed in this cause.
2. That the results. of this examination shall be
reported by said doctor to the Defendants-in writing
in a detailed manner $ettinq~out hita findings and conclusions.
If requested by Plaintiff,. Defendant shall promptly furnish
Plaintiff with a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall -
thereupon or thereafter as the case may be, promptly furnish
Defendants with a like report or reports of examination
relating to the same .in juries previously or thereafter -
made by any other physician.
3. The cost of said examination in the first 3.n$ta~ce
shall be borne by the Defendants, subject to being taxed in
accordance with the outccane of this cause.
