KNOt~T ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That-the undersigned; for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by -
the FORT PIERCE UTI~.ITIES AUTHORITY OF TH5 CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation-under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit: _
A 10 foot wide easement area.
The described easement lies within the following described property.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, run thence North along the West line of said Section
17, 49.5 feet to the North right-of-way of the North St.' Lucie River
Drainage District Canal #7; thence Bast along the said North right-o~- -
way, 881.90 feet; thence North with a forward angle of 92°06~, 400.00
feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North, 119.8 feet,
to the- southerly right-of-way-of--Okeechobee-Road -thence-Dtortheasterly, _
along the said South right-of-way, 187.66 feet; thence South, parallel
to the west line, 191.00 feet; thence West with a back angle of 87054,
175.OA f$et,.to the Point of Beginning, also known as Lots 9 & 10,
Block 3 ~!f Totten/s Subdivision and the lands adjoining said lands on
the East.
A 10 foot wide easement area with the center line of easement described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the property, run thence
southwesterly along the Southerly right-of-way of Okeechobee Road a -
distance of 37 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 12° Bast -
a distance of 177 feet to a point, said point being the end of said -
easement.

The easement is for the purpose of relocating existing pole and guy wires
and to locate a new pole with overhead guy wires within the easement area.
.and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and-on,
said land as may be necessary in-the. construction of said line,
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may. endanger .the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con- -
struct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
the-said land and. have the right to grant this. easement. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The undersigned grantors have ereunto
