THIS CAUS$ coming. on to be heard on-September`10, 1979, upon the Wife's
Petition for Dissolution- of- Marriage and-the Court having -heard- the -testis
mony of the Wife, the Husband failing to appear and present evidence, and the
Court being fully advised-in~-the-premises,-it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between LINDA JEANNE SIMPSON
and WILLIAM H. SIMPSON be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby. forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them, and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. MARITAL HOML: Concerning the real property, owned solely by the Wife,
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 25, Block 5, River Park Unit 5,
the Wife is awarded the sole physical possession thereof. That Wife shall
be solely responsible for all charges and expenses incurred in the maintenance
and upkeep to the marital home during her exclusive possession including, but
not limited to, mortgage payments, insurance, taxes and reasonable and neces-
sary maintenance.
Wife shall be awarded sole possession of all furnishings and furniture
of the marital home.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and re-
strained from interferring with, harassing or annoying the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may p r.
