FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUT--ION OF MARRIAGE _ _ _ _ _ - - . _
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of September,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; _ -
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between SAMUEL D. STEELS and
LINDA G. STEELS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
f
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.

2. The .property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to comply with the .provisions thereof.
3. LINDA G. STEELS be and she is hereby authorized -
to assume her former name of LINDA G. LARRIN.
4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the
other.
