4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and

the parties are ordered to canply with tha provisions thereof.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER.. Each of the parties is hereby
en3oined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other. -
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for .the entry of such further
orders as may-be proper.-
