ADIUDGED that:
(a) Informal notice of the guardian's resignation shall be given to the following, by

(b) The interests of the ward wl'U not be placed in jeopardy by petitioner's
resignation, which is hereby accepted. _
(c) Petitioner shall be relieved of all further duties upon the appointment and

qualification of a successor guardian, but shalt remain responsible for all duties as such guardian
~ until a successor guardian has been appointed and duly qualified.
(d) Acceptalloe of the resignation of the guardian shall not exonerate the guardian
or hi~lirety from any liability prlwiously incurred and they shall not be discharged until the
guardian has filed a true and correct account of hi8guardian4hip and delivered to the successor
guardian all property of the ward, all records concerning the property of the ward or of the
guardianship, and all money due to the ward from the guardian; however, after all such
requirements have been fully complied with an order of discharge will be entered:
