FINAL JUDGMENT IN ADOPTION ~ "
This cause_came on to be heard on September 10, 1979 upon "
the Petition for Adoption filed in~this cause, the Consent of
Mary Jane Haines, natural mother of the female infant, Consent of
George S. Haines and-Alice-Haines; his wife, father and mother- -
respectively of Mary Jane Haines, a-minor, and the report of the
investigation and recommendation of the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Social and Economic Services filed herein,
and it appearing to the Court that proper notice of the hearing had
been given to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative ServicesP
of the State of Florida and that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor. child sought to be adopted, and that the
best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that

- the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, Orrin Lawrence
Vickers and Doris Ann Ward Vickers, his wife, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared to
be the legal child of ORRIN LAWRENCE VICKERS and DORIS ANN WARD
VICKERS, his wife, and is given the name of KELLY ANN VICKERS, by
which name she shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
Petitioners, ORRIN LAWRENCE VICKERS and DORIS ANN WARD VICKERS, his
