O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this ~_day of
September, 1979, upon Motion of MARGARET MANN BLANTON, Assistant
State Attorney of the 19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie -
County, Florida, requesting an Order directing the Clerk of Circuit
Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, to disburse support payments-received in the above styled
cause to the Petitioner, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child support payments re-
ceived•by said Clerk shall be forwarded to the Office of Child Support
Enforcement, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, as
long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk
receives notification by the Department of Healtli & Rehabilitative
Services that the case is no longer a Iv-D case, he will then forward
all support payments directly to Cleo Orange.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
