FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS-ACTION came on for hearing on the 10th day of September,
1979, upon the verified petition for adoption filed by the Petitioner,

CLIFTON ALLEN MARTIN, and upon the Consents for Adoption of the natural
mother, RHONDA JEAN MARTIN, and of the natural father, DANIEL B. RINSER,
and~it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the
best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption, and that
the-child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, and the Court _
being otherwise fully advised in~the premises, it is:
- ADJUDGED that the minor child known as JAMIE DANIELE RINSER, is
declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, CLIFTON ALLEN MARTIN,
and is given the name of JAMIE DANIELE MARTIN, by which name she shall
hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that said child shall be the child and legal heir of the
Petitioner, CLIFTON ALLEN MARTIN, entitled to all rights and
